Dr. Ieva Bird (Martinaityte) is a creativity scientist, author, and coach. She is committed to nurturing human creativity in the age of thinking machines.

As the visionary founder of www.creativitylab.co.uk, Ieva helps individuals and teams harness creativity for meaningful results. Her D!P® (Daily Innovation Practice) framework introduces research-backed hacks for everyday creativity.

Ieva has spent a quarter of her life researching the nuances of creativity in organisations, with her work featured in the Journal of Management, recognized by the Financial Times Top 30. She is a professor of creativity at ISM University of Management and Economics and a visiting academic at the University of East Anglia. Previously, she taught at University College London and the University of Cambridge.

Ieva has collaborated with artists, UX designers, and technologists and developed a tools to help everyone regardless age, status or job title to access their authentic creativity.
